Build me a community editable skills library for Claude Code’s superpowers plugin.

I want a simple repo that can be cloned into the right local folder and used as a shared place for skills people can add to and improve over time. Keep the focus on making it easy to organize the skills, add new ones, and maintain existing ones without a lot of friction.

Please include a clean structure for the core skills, plus anything needed to help manage or update them. Make it feel ready for contributors to fork, edit, and open pull requests against. If you need to check the latest Claude Code or superpowers plugin docs to make sure the setup and conventions are current, go ahead and look them up.
