Build me a Windows voice dictation app called Dikte.

I want to press Ctrl Space, talk, press it again, and have the app record my speech, send it to a transcription service, clean up the filler words and missing punctuation, then copy the result to my clipboard and paste it into whatever app I’m typing in. It should run in the background with a tray icon, show a small non intrusive indicator while recording, and never steal focus.

Please include a settings window where I can add API keys, choose models, turn cleanup on or off, and set a global hotkey. If you can, also add the extra modes for recording meetings from mic and speaker output, transcribing audio or video files, and a command mode that sends a dictation to an agent instead of pasting it. Make it feel polished and ready for daily use on Windows, and look up current docs online if you need to.
