Build me a small Go command line tool called camne that takes a casual Malay or rojak question about the terminal and prints back the shell command in English.

I want it to feel friendly and simple, like typing camne nak exit vim and getting the right command back. It should not run anything, only print the command. If the command looks risky, like it needs root or deletes files, show a clear warning before the command. It should work offline after the first use, and the first run can download whatever model files it needs and show progress.
