Build me a desktop app that can open comic and manga files, including images, PDFs, EPUBs, CBR, and CBZ, then automatically detect speech bubbles, read the text, translate it, remove the old text, and place the new translation back into the page so it still looks natural.

I want it to work for comics from different countries, not just Japanese manga, and it should support translating into common languages like English, Korean, Japanese, French, Chinese, Spanish, Italian, German, Dutch, and Russian. It should feel like a reader too, with easy page navigation, zoom, scrolling, and a simple way to switch between automatic and manual fixing when the detection or OCR gets things wrong.

If it makes sense, also make it work as a browser extension for reading comics directly on websites. Use current docs online if you need to, and keep the UI simple so someone non technical can use it right away.
