okTurtles/forkana ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a self hosted Git hosting app called Forkana, based on Gitea, with a clean landing page when you open it locally, not the normal first time setup screen.

I want to be able to run it on my machine with a simple dev setup, using a local SQLite database by default, and have a watch mode so changes reload while I am working. Please make sure it can also be built and tested cleanly from the command line.

It should include the usual core Git hosting stuff like repositories, users, and the web interface, plus the extra Forkana tools for automatically populating an instance with sample content from Wikipedia articles. If there are any current setup or build details you need, look them up online and follow the latest docs.

Keep it friendly for local development, and make sure the app starts at localhost on port 3000.
