Build me a native macOS app that works like FxSound, so I can enhance all system audio with EQ, bass boost, clarity, surround, and volume boosting.

I want it to route sound through BlackHole so it can sit between my apps and my speakers, then let me pick my real output device inside the app and start or stop processing live. Make it a clean Mac app that builds on a normal machine with one setup script, and works on both Apple Silicon and Intel. If anything needs current setup details, look up the latest docs online and make the build flow as smooth as possible.

Keep the UI simple and usable, with controls for the main audio effects, a 10 band EQ, presets, and output selection. I’d also like the project to open and build without me having to fiddle with a bunch of manual steps.
