Build me a beautiful weather app called Breezy for iPhone, Apple Watch, and widgets.

I want it to feel modern and elegant, with dynamic backgrounds that change based on the weather. Show current conditions, an hourly forecast I can scrub through, a 7 day forecast, and useful details like UV, air quality, humidity, wind, visibility, sunrise and sunset, and moon phase. Let users search for a city or use their location, save favorites, and keep a recent places list. Add settings for Celsius or Fahrenheit, light, dark, or automatic appearance, and a choice between emoji or SF Symbols for the weather icons.

Please include notifications for daily forecasts, rain alerts, severe weather, and UV warnings, plus caching so it does not keep refetching everything. Make sure the main app shares data with the widget and watch app, and use Apple WeatherKit for the weather data. If you need to check any current Apple docs or requirements, go ahead and look them up.
