Build me a macOS app called AgentPulse that works like a Dynamic Island for AI coding tools. I want it to sit around the MacBook notch or menu bar area and show what my Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and Gemini sessions are doing without making me switch terminal tabs all the time.

It should automatically detect supported tools and terminals on first launch, install whatever hooks it needs, then show a clean onboarding flow. The notch pill should expand on hover, show active sessions, timers, current tool activity, approvals, questions, and status colors. I want to approve or deny tool permissions right from the notch, answer simple questions from agents, and click a session to jump back to the right terminal tab.

Please include settings for clean or detailed layout, sounds with smart mute when the terminal is focused, a global shortcut to open the panel, diagnostics export, and basic feedback links. Use Swift and SwiftUI for macOS 13 or newer, and look up current Apple docs online if needed.
