Build me a self hosted read it later app like Omnivore for people who save articles, newsletters, and PDFs and want a clean place to read them later.

I want users to be able to save web pages, read them in a distraction free view, highlight passages, add notes, search their library, tag things with labels, share saved items, and have the app remember where they left off in long reads. It should support importing saved libraries from other apps if possible, and it should have a simple demo login for local testing.

Please make it work as a web app first, with a backend, database, and content fetching service that can run locally with Docker. Keep the code TypeScript based and make the UI feel polished and reader friendly, with keyboard navigation and offline friendly behavior where practical.

If you need details about current libraries or setup, look up the docs online and wire it up so I can run it locally and self host it later.
