Build me an Obsidian home screen plugin that feels like a real dashboard instead of a blank new tab.

I want it to open automatically when Obsidian starts, and also when I open a new empty tab if that option is on. The main view should have a fast search bar at the top that can search my vault by fuzzy matches, tags, frontmatter, and commands, with quick filters for file types like notes, images, folders, canvases, and docs. It should also show recent files when the search is empty, and let me create a new note from the home screen.

Below that, I want draggable, resizable cards in a grid, with multiple dashboard layouts if possible. Cards should support things like embedded notes or images, daily notes, web pages, tasks, clocks, stats, and launch buttons.
