Build me a working version of this Security Agent Mesh on Elastic.

I want a multi agent SOC setup that can route security requests to the right specialist, handle alert triage, threat intel, investigations, forensics, compliance, and SOC ops, and keep everything connected through shared context and a registry so the agents can find each other. The setup should create the needed Elasticsearch indices, import the workflows, create the agents, and wire up the workflow tools so the whole mesh can run in Elastic 9.3 or later with Agent Builder and Workflows enabled.

It should also support the approval flow for risky actions, like host isolation or rule changes, using case comments and a follow up approval monitor. Please make the deployment and setup as smooth as possible, ideally with a script or automated workflow, and add clear instructions for the few manual steps that have to be done in Kibana.
