Build me an open source visual editor for Next.js and Tailwind apps that feels like Figma mixed with an AI coding assistant. I want someone to be able to start a new app from a text prompt, an image, or a template, then see the site running in a live preview and click on anything in the page to edit it visually while the code updates too.

Please include a visual canvas, a code panel, layers, page creation and navigation, project images, brand assets and design tokens, component detection, and simple drag and rearrange editing inside parent containers. I also want an AI chat that can create or edit the app, queue multiple requests, and let me jump from a selected element to the exact code for it. Add branching for trying design ideas, checkpoints for save and restore, command running, sharable deploy links, custom domains, and basic real time multiplayer editing.

Keep it focused on Next.js and Tailwind for now. It should run the app in a sandboxed container and map DOM elements back to code. Look up current docs online if you need to.
