Build me an open-source AI platform, kind of like a self-hosted ChatGPT but with more advanced features. The core of it should be a clean chat interface that can connect to any LLM I want, whether it's from OpenAI, Anthropic, or a local one I'm running with Ollama.

The key is that it needs powerful agent-like abilities. I want it to be able to search and answer questions from documents I upload using RAG. It should also be able to browse the web for up-to-date information. Let's add functionality to create custom AI agents with specific instructions and skills. I also need it to be able to safely execute code to analyze data or create graphs, and even generate downloadable files and images.

Use Python for the backend and Next.js for the web app. The whole thing should be containerized with Docker to make it easy to deploy on my own server.
