Build me a simple public website for finding free LLM APIs. I want it to feel like a practical directory, not a blog. Visitors should be able to browse providers and models, see which ones are actually free, whether they need a credit card, phone verification, or just signup, plus context size, rate limits, modalities, base URL, model name, and a direct link to get an API key.

Add a comparison page, a quick start section for beginners, and a config generator where someone can pick a tool like Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, Aider, Cline, Open WebUI, OpenCode, or OpenHuman and copy the exact settings they need. Include a small playground page where people can test a prompt if they add their own key. Make the data easy to update from a structured file, and show when it was last refreshed. Keep the design clean, searchable, mobile friendly, and support English plus Chinese, Japanese, and Korean pages.
