openai/openai-node ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a clean TypeScript and JavaScript SDK for the OpenAI API that developers can install and use with just an API key from their environment.

It should make the common stuff simple, like sending a prompt to a model with the Responses API, using chat completions, streaming results as they arrive, uploading files, and verifying incoming OpenAI webhooks safely. Include support for secure cloud authentication with workload identity for Kubernetes, Azure, GCP, and custom token providers.

Please make it feel like a polished official client library, with good TypeScript types, helpful errors, examples people can copy, tests for the main behavior, and clear README docs showing basic usage. It should work nicely in normal Node projects, and also document Deno or JSR usage if that fits. Look up the current OpenAI API docs online if you need to.
