openai/plugins — reverse-engineered prompt

I want a repo that acts like a small marketplace of example Codex plugins, with each plugin living in its own folder and having the basic manifest it needs to work. Please set up a curated collection of real examples, not just empty placeholders, including richer ones for Figma design workflows, Notion planning and notes, building iOS apps, building macOS apps, building web apps, Expo and React Native work, plus a few extras like Netlify, Remotion, and Google Slides.

The goal is to make it easy for someone to browse the examples, see how a plugin is structured, and use them as starting points for their own plugins. If a plugin needs extra surfaces like skills, commands, agents, app config, MCP config, hooks, or assets, include those where it makes sense.

Also add the default marketplace setup that points at the main plugins collection, and a separate marketplace for API key login users. Keep it practical and easy to understand, and check current docs online if you need to.
