Build me a local first app for making viral short videos from start to finish.

I want it to find trending videos, analyze what is working, pull in long videos or links, and turn them into short clips that are ready to post. It should also be able to generate new AI videos from a script, add captions, voiceover, music, and thumbnails, then upload the finished result to YouTube and TikTok. Let me connect my own API keys, and keep everything running on my machine so my files and transcripts stay private.

I’d like a simple web app where I can chat with it, see jobs in progress, review clips on a timeline, and manage my downloads and renders in one place. If possible, make it work with local transcription and video tools, and let me send commands from chat on my phone too.
