Build me a working version of ClawGold, an AI powered gold trading app for XAUUSD that can run locally and also in Docker.

I want a simple command line interface to validate the setup, fetch and cache news, analyze sentiment, generate buy, sell, or hold signals, and manage trades through MetaTrader 5 when credentials are provided. Please include the background scheduler so daily or interval jobs keep running after restarts, and make the app write useful logs and cost tracking data locally.
