Build me a simple open source web app that works like a free DocuSign alternative for signing PDF documents.

I want people to be able to upload PDFs, add signature and form fields, sign themselves, or send documents to other people for signature. It should support multiple signers, optional signing order, shareable signing links, and a guest signing flow with a one time code sent by email for extra security. Please include a clean dashboard where users can manage documents, reusable templates, and a basic drive or folder view for stored files.

For signing, let people draw, type, upload, and save signatures. I also want reminders, document expiration, the ability for a signer to reject with a reason, and nice email notifications that can be customized. When a document is finished, save an audit trail with timestamps and signer details, and generate a completion certificate.
