Build me an open source toolkit that turns Claude Code into a small virtual product team for shipping software faster.

I want it to install quickly, then give users a set of simple slash commands they can run for things like office hours, product planning, CEO review, engineering review, design review, QA in a real browser, security review, release notes, deployment help, retros, investigation, and shipping a PR. The vibe should be opinionated and founder friendly, not generic prompts.

Please make it work as a collection of Markdown based skills and command folders, with a setup script that installs it into the user’s Claude Code skills folder. Also support team mode so a repo can require or recommend the toolkit for teammates without vendoring everything. Include clear docs, a quick start, upgrade flow, and examples for using it with Claude Code and OpenClaw.

Keep it free, MIT licensed, easy to fork, and focused on helping one builder operate like a full product, design, engineering, QA, security, and release team.
