Build me an open source status page and uptime monitoring app for teams that want to show customers whether their services are working.

I want a dashboard where I can add websites and API endpoints to monitor, see uptime and response time, and get alerts when something is down or slow. It should also let me create clean public status pages for each product, with incidents, maintenance windows, custom domains, password protection, and ways for users to subscribe by email, RSS, or webhooks.

Please include a simple setup for self hosting with Docker, plus a developer setup. I’d like monitoring config to be manageable as code with a YAML file, and it should support notifications to common tools like Slack, Discord, PagerDuty, and email.

Use a modern web stack like Next.js with a nice Tailwind style interface. Keep it practical and working end to end, with sensible defaults, seed examples, and clear instructions in the README. Look up current docs online if needed.
