opentibiabr/remeres-map-editor — reverse-engineered prompt

I want a desktop map editor for OpenTibia, basically a modern working version of Remere’s Map Editor that I can open, use, and build from this repo without a bunch of manual setup.

Please make it so someone can create and edit Tibia style maps for their own server, with a real editor UI, support for the project’s data and icons, and the usual map editing flow of opening a map, changing it, and saving it back. If this project already has the core editor logic, focus on getting everything connected, fixing whatever is missing, and making the app actually compile and run cleanly. If there’s support for the documented static data or Cyclopedia export, keep that working too.

I’m not looking for a rewrite, I want this project finished up into a usable app that matches what the repo is meant to be. Look up the wiki or current docs online if you need to fill in gaps.
