Build me a web based project management app that lets teams plan work together and actually get things done. Users should be able to create projects, add team members, then break the work into tasks called work packages that can have descriptions, assignees, due dates, status and priorities.

Show everything in clean timelines and gantt charts so we can see the full schedule at a glance, plus kanban boards for moving tasks through stages and simple roadmaps for releases. Add time tracking so people can log hours, basic budgeting reports, and the ability to link tasks to github pull requests.

Include wikis for documentation, lightweight forums for discussion, and a spot to write meeting agendas and minutes.
