I want this turned into a working basketball web app frontend that feels complete, polished, and easy to use, not just a starter template. Please read the documentation and task notes already in the repo, then use that as the source of truth for what screens, flows, and data need to exist.

Build the user facing experience so someone can actually click through it end to end, with clean navigation, responsive layouts, sensible loading and empty states, and forms that feel finished. If there are seed credentials or demo data in the repo, make sure the app supports that so it is easy to test. If some backend pieces are still unfinished, handle that gracefully with mocks or fallbacks so the frontend still works well.
