Build me a small set of scripts that help estimate how many workloads we have across AWS, Azure, and GCP for Orca pre onboarding.

I want one script for each cloud that signs in with the cloud tools already available in the environment, counts the relevant resources in the account or subscription, and prints a simple clear total that I can use for onboarding. If the official Orca docs have a specific way to count workloads, follow that, and look up the current docs online if you need to.

Keep it simple and practical, with readable output and basic error handling so it does not fail in a confusing way if credentials are missing or a cloud CLI is not installed. It should be easy for someone non technical to run these scripts and understand the result. If you can, make the output consistent across all three clouds so it is easy to compare.
