Build me an ESPHome setup for an ESP32 that lets Home Assistant control a newer Auping Smart Base bed over Bluetooth Low Energy.

I want a ready to flash YAML template that connects to my Wi Fi, finds the bed by BLE, pairs with it, and sends the right commands for bed movement. It should work for both single sided and double sided beds, and make it easy for me to set my ESP name, friendly name, bed MAC address, and passkey in one place. If the bed changes or reconnects after a reboot, it should recover cleanly without me having to start over.

Please include signal strength sensors for both Wi Fi and BLE so I can see how stable the connection is. If you need to check current ESPHome docs or board support details, feel free to look them up online. Make the config as simple and practical as possible so I can flash it and get the bed into Home Assistant quickly.
