Build me a simple Android logging library that makes app logs much easier to read in Logcat.

I want to be able to log normal messages, lists, maps, arrays, JSON, XML, and exceptions, and have them show up in a clean, pretty format. It should support different log levels like debug, info, warning, error, verbose, and a very serious failure message. I also want to be able to set a one time tag for a specific message, and have optional thread and caller details turned on or off.

Please include a way to filter what gets logged, for example only in debug builds, and make it easy to swap between logging to Logcat and saving logs to a file in app storage. If it helps, look up current Android docs online before you finish. Also add a small sample app that shows how to set it up and use it.
