Build me a clean community website for Open Source Weekend.

I want a simple, polished landing page that explains the community, highlights upcoming events, and shows open jobs. Please also add dedicated pages for events and jobs. The events section should automatically split into upcoming and past events based on the dates. The job board should pull in listings, show whether a role is open or closed, and display how many openings there are. It should feel modern, fast, mobile friendly, and dark mode ready.

Please make it easy for a non technical team to update content through Google Sheets using published CSV links for both events and jobs. Use the sheet columns exactly as needed so the data just works. I would also like job detail pages and a nice reusable design across the site with clear cards, buttons, and icons.

If possible, set it up so it can run locally and also be deployed in Docker on a VPS later. Look up current docs online if you need to.
