Build me a self hosted OSINT investigator app that I can run on my own machine and point at my own API keys. I want a clean web dashboard with separate tools for tracing crypto wallets, checking domain and IP reputation, analyzing email headers for scams, expanding short URLs, decoding QR codes, scanning public Telegram channels, and fingerprinting phishing kits from a URL or pasted page source. It should also have username checks across lots of platforms, breach lookup, ransomware victim tracking, reverse image search, and a simple way to generate abuse reports from IP and email investigations.

Please make it work well with Claude Code and Claude Desktop too, so a few of the main lookup tools can be used through MCP instead of opening the browser. Keep it investigator friendly, with one click pivots between related findings, copyable results, and PDF or report exports where that makes sense. If you need current docs for any integrations, look them up online.
