Build me FlowScout, a Claude Code command bundle for doing overnight research on academic papers.
I want to paste in a paper URL or a research topic and have it create clean markdown digests, follow citations, build a small paper corpus, find interesting cross paper theses, and then check those theses against the open web. It should work as slash commands inside Claude Code, with commands like digesting one paper, walking citations in different modes, running a full research cycle, finding frontier ideas, and verifying a thesis.
Please include the install flow so someone can copy the commands and skills into their Claude setup, plus a simple bash installer. The outputs should go into a second brain style folder with paper digests, citation walk runs, and thesis files. Include a lightweight local HTML viewer for browsing and searching paper digests without a server.
Keep it practical and alpha friendly. Use plain markdown files, clear command docs, and make it easy to change the folder paths later.
