Build me a sleek web app for reading real time and hottest news in a really clean, elegant way. I want the experience to feel fast and distraction free, with trending stories updating automatically and smart caching so it does not hammer the sources. A 30 minute cache by default is fine, but signed in users should be able to force a refresh when they want.

Please add GitHub sign in so people can sync their data, and make the backend ready for a database setup that works well on Cloudflare. For now this can stay focused on Chinese content only, since wider language support can come later. I also want it easy to deploy on Cloudflare Pages or Vercel, and simple to run locally with Docker.

If it makes sense with this project, include MCP server support too so I can point tools at my own hosted version. Keep the UI polished and reader friendly, and look up current docs online if you need to.
