ovh/terraform-provider-ovh ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a Terraform provider for OVHcloud so I can manage my OVH services as code from one place.

I want to be able to connect with my OVH API credentials and then create, update, and delete OVH resources through Terraform, including things like cloud projects, domains, IPs, load balancers, vrack, storage, logs, and other OVH services. It should feel like a normal Terraform provider, with clear docs and examples, and it should work with the usual Terraform workflow so I can run init, plan, and apply without surprises.

Please make it easy to build and test locally too, with a simple developer setup and acceptance tests for the main OVH features. If you need to check the latest OVH or Terraform docs online while building, go ahead and do that.
