Build me a terminal based Xiaomi HyperOS debloater for Windows, Linux, and macOS that works with ADB and does not require root. I want it to detect a connected Xiaomi, Redmi, or POCO phone, show a simple main menu, and let me do either a guided debloat or browse apps one by one in an interactive, scrollable view. It should be able to freeze or remove apps for the current user, show whether each app is installed, hidden, or already removed, and let me restore anything later if I change my mind.

Please include the safety idea from the README, with safer removals first and riskier system apps clearly separated so I do not break the phone. Add clear progress messages, warnings, and a log file with what was changed and when. Make the interface clean and readable in the terminal, and keep it fully reversible.
