I want to turn this blank React Vite starter into a simple app called tgconstruct.

Build me a clean web page for creating Telegram style messages. The user should be able to type a message, add a few buttons with labels and links, see a live preview that looks close to a Telegram chat card, and copy the final result in a useful format. Keep it simple and polished, with a nice empty state, clear form labels, basic validation, and a responsive layout that works on phone and desktop.

Please make the app feel finished, not like a demo. Use local state so nothing needs a backend yet. If there are no existing design decisions, choose a modern light theme with Telegram inspired colors. You can look up current docs online if you need to.
