Build me a simple Spanish website for Revista TramasDelSur.

I want a clean homepage and a separate notas page, with a magazine style look that feels editorial and easy to read. The site should highlight the publication name, show featured content, and make it easy to browse notes, documents, and editorial material. There should be a clear navigation between the main page and the notes page, plus sections that can point to the documentos, editorial, and imagenes content already in the project.

Make it responsive so it looks good on mobile and desktop, and keep the design modern but understated, like a cultural magazine. Use the existing images where it makes sense, and make the text areas easy to update later. If anything is missing, create sensible placeholder content in Spanish so the site feels complete.

Please keep it lightweight and polished, and if you need to look up current best practices for layout or styling, feel free to do that.
