Build me a simple Telegram bot in Python called VJ Txt Leech Bot. I want it to accept a txt file, or pasted text, with links or entries in it and process them into useful output inside Telegram. The main idea is that a user can send text and have the bot turn it into files or video results, and also leech or fetch the content and send it back in chat in a clean way.

Please make it feel complete and easy to run, with clear bot commands, basic progress or status messages, error handling, logs, and a simple config setup for tokens and other required values. If there are different modes like txt to video, txt to file, and txt leech, wire them up so they are easy to use for someone who is not technical.
