Build me ORQESTRA, a web app that helps me create API integrations by just describing what I want in plain English or by voice.

I want a clean dashboard where I can sign in with Google, connect GitHub, and then type or speak something like “add Stripe payments to my app” or “set up Twilio SMS for this repo.” The app should research the API docs, generate working Python integration code, show me the result for approval, and be able to create a GitHub pull request when I confirm it.

It should also keep checking integrations in the background, show health and repair status in real time, send email alerts when something breaks, and automatically try to fix problems when possible.
