Build me an open source Android app called palazikVPN. I want it to be a clean privacy focused proxy client with no accounts, no analytics and no telemetry. Users should be able to import server configs from links, clipboard, QR codes, images or subscription URLs, then connect through a full device VPN tunnel.

Use Kotlin and Jetpack Compose, with a modern Material 3 look and an optional Xiaomi style theme. It should support common proxy types like VLESS, VMess, Trojan, Shadowsocks, Hysteria2, TUIC, WireGuard, AnyTLS, SOCKS5 and HTTP, powered by Xray. Add one tap Cloudflare WARP setup for supported Android versions.

Please include subscription refresh, latency testing, fastest server selection, split tunneling, smart routing, ad blocking, custom DNS, kill switch, IPv6 leak protection, logs, backup and restore, a Quick Settings tile, widget and disconnect notification. Make it buildable locally and through GitHub Actions, fetching the required runtime files during build if they are missing.
