Build me a desktop app that turns DXF files into GCode for laser and router CNC machines.

I want it to be easy to use, with a simple GUI where I can open a DXF file, see the paths, pick one or more paths, change their settings, and export the result to GCode. It should support common DXF geometry like lines, arcs, circles, polylines, and splines, and it should handle things like tool offset, pocketing with islands, multiple passes with depth, scaling, and moving the whole design around.

Please also add a 3D simulation view so I can preview the toolpath before exporting. The GCode output should be customizable from the app, especially the commands for moves, arcs, laser on and off, feed rate, and coordinates. It should work on Windows and Linux, and if you need to look up current docs for the build tools or libraries, do that.
