Build me a zero config web build tool that can take a project with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and common web assets like images and fonts, then run a fast local dev server with hot reload and clear error messages.

I want it to work out of the box for both development and production, so I can point it at an entry file and have it bundle everything, optimize assets, minify for production, split code when needed, and add content hashes to output files. It should handle modern JavaScript and also support things like JSX and TypeScript without me having to set up a bunch of config.
