Build me EMBO, a cheap embedded measurement tool for STM32 boards with a desktop app that works on Windows, Linux, and macOS.

I want the firmware and PC software to work together so I can connect to a supported board, pick the port, and use it like a small oscilloscope, logic analyzer, voltmeter, counter, PWM generator, and signal generator. The main app should have a simple device selection screen, then separate views for each tool with a live graph, trigger controls, time and voltage settings, cursors, measurements, and basic export options like CSV, TXT, and screenshots.
