Build me the frontend for a place sharing app called YourPlaces.

I want a clean React app where people can sign up, log in, and then manage the places they’ve visited. Users should be able to see a list of places, open a place to view details, see it on a map, add a new place with a title, description, location, and photo, then edit or delete places they created. The app should feel polished on mobile and desktop, with simple navigation, modal dialogs for forms, and nice loading and error states.

Please connect it to a separate backend API using environment variables, support image uploads, and wire in Google Maps so the location can be shown visually.
