I want to create a big GitHub repository to serve as a central hub for learning about AI engineering. It should be packed with a bunch of different hands-on projects and tutorials that cover all the hot topics right now, like LLMs, RAG, and building AI agents.

The idea is to have examples for all skill levels. For beginners, it should include simple things like building a local ChatGPT clone, making a basic OCR app, or creating a simple RAG system to chat with documents. For more advanced users, I'd like to see projects like multi-agent systems that can analyze YouTube trends or write articles, and even some voice and video analysis tools.

Everything should be organized into separate folders and maybe written as Jupyter notebooks so people can easily follow along. Please create a main README file that acts as a table of contents, welcoming users and categorizing the projects by difficulty (beginner, intermediate, advanced) so people know where to start.
