Build me a simple project that collects free proxy or VPN configs from public sources, filters out the broken ones, and publishes a clean subscription file that I can plug into PattNG or PattN. I want the output to be a plain text subscription link like the one in the README, and it should refresh automatically every 24 hours so the list stays usable.

The main goal is to keep only working configs and make them easier to use on connections where upload is limited or some domains are blocked. If you need to check current docs or source details online, do that and make the setup reliable. Please keep it lightweight, easy to run, and make sure it writes both a normal text version and a base64 version if that’s useful for subscription use.
