Build me a simple GitHub Pages style site that acts as a home page for my little JavaScript apps.

It should show a clean list of the apps with a short description and a clear link to open each one. The main ones are a local ETH block explorer, a privacy focused Nostr client, and a QR code creator and scanner. Make it feel lightweight and polished, with a nice mobile friendly layout, easy navigation, and a simple landing page that makes it obvious what each app does.

If there’s room, include a small note that the site is meant to be auto updated from the parent projects, and keep the design easy to maintain. Use current docs online if you need to. I mainly want something that looks good, is easy to browse, and works well as a public apps directory under a subpath like /apps/.
