Build me a collaborative API testing tool called Runa that helps a team share and keep API collections in sync without the usual mess.

I want it to feel like working with a normal folder of files, where collections can live in a shared directory, and each file knows which project it belongs to. The idea is that people can organize, copy, merge, move, or delete collections naturally, almost like using a file manager backed by a shared repository.

Please make the first version focused on the core workflow, so multiple team members can manage the same collections without losing changes or ending up out of sync. Keep it free and open source friendly, and if you need current docs or examples for anything, look them up online.
