Build me a custom desktop shell for Hyprland that feels like the end4 style setup in the screenshots, with a clean Material 3 look and a polished, animated interface.

I want a launcher, a configurable top bar, desktop widgets, an online wallpaper view, a lyrics widget, and a settings overlay that can be opened with a shortcut and used to tweak the shell without digging through files.
