Build me a web app in Portuguese for managing and following football tournaments live.

I want an admin area where an organizer can sign up, log in, create a tournament as draft, add teams and players, set up groups or knockout rounds, draw teams into groups, generate matches automatically, schedule games by day, and then publish the tournament when it is ready. During a match, the organizer should be able to control the clock, add goals, cards, fouls, extra time, and penalties, and have winners move forward automatically in knockouts.

Also make a public side with a tournament page, a match scoreboard page for display on a screen, and a detailed public match page. The public views should update live without refresh, including standings and scores. Use the existing Supabase setup for login, database, and live updates, and make the UI clean and simple with the current design system. If you need current docs for anything, look them up online.
