Build me a self hosted monitoring and query analytics app for databases, with a clean web dashboard where I can see when a server is slow, then drill into the exact query causing it.

It should support MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis or Valkey, and include query analytics, overview dashboards, and basic management so I can connect a database host and start seeing metrics quickly. I want it to feel like a real product, with login, setup flow, charts, and pages for instances, queries, and performance details. Make it easy to run locally with Docker, and make the interface polished enough that I can open it and immediately understand what is happening.
