Build me a production ready Laravel admin dashboard and CMS like Lara Dashboard.

I want an app where an admin can log in and manage users, roles, permissions, modules, settings, translations, posts, pages, categories, tags and media files. It should feel like a modern dashboard with dark and light mode, responsive pages, charts, tables, forms and a clean sidebar.

Please include a modular setup so new features can be added as separate modules. Add a simple CRUD generator style workflow for creating new admin sections quickly. I also want a REST API with token based auth, an admin media library, a block style page editor, email templates and basic email campaign tracking.

Include multilingual support with many languages ready to manage from the admin area. Add hooks or extension points so future modules can customize menus, pages and behavior without editing core files. If possible, include AI content generation settings for providers like OpenAI or Anthropic.

Use Laravel, Tailwind, Livewire style interactions and MySQL. Look up current docs online if needed.
